How Avargo handles personal data when you use our website and service.

This policy applies to Avargo’s public website and signing service. Customer agreements and data processing agreements supplement it when Avargo is used in a customer’s operations.

1. Data controller

The data controller is Pelilo AB, company registration number 556737-7030. Contact info@avargo.se with questions about personal data. info@avargo.se

2. What data do we process?

Account request: company name, name and email address.
Account data: email address, name, account association and technical login data.
Documents and signing: PDF documents, party names and email addresses, verification events, signing time, IP address and browser information.
Technical information: operations and security logs for troubleshooting, protection and incident handling.

3. Purposes and legal basis

We process data to administer accounts, send signing links and codes, complete signatures, create traceable records, deliver documents, provide support and protect the service. The legal basis is generally contract, pre-contractual measures, legitimate interests or legal obligation.

4. Signing and recipients

Recipients normally need no account. A personal signing link and verification code provide access to the correct document. Signing events are retained with the document record.

5. Storage and suppliers

Avargo uses AWS for operations, document storage, databases, authentication and email. Infrastructure is located in eu-north-1 (Stockholm) where applicable. Documents are access-controlled and we do not sell personal data.

6. Retention

Account requests, documents, signing events and technical logs are retained as long as required for the service, contractual relationship, evidence or legal obligations. Temporary verification data has limited validity.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability or object to certain processing. Contact info@avargo.se. You may also complain to your competent data protection authority.

8. Cookies and local storage

Avargo currently uses no advertising or analytics cookies. Necessary local storage supports login sessions and secure access, not marketing. Consent will be requested before optional analytics are activated.

9. Changes

We may update this policy when the service changes. The current version is always published on this page.
